The current escalation of violence in Israel and Palestine has also been of great concern to the Executive Board of SCI Germany in recent weeks. Some of you may have noticed that the MIDI Working Group of the international SCI has drafted a statement on this. This was also signed by some SCI branches and CCIVS. We and other branches, on the other hand, have not signed this statement as we feel it is very unbalanced. Instead, we have drafted our own statement.
